This definitely won’t be the last smoothie option for you when looking through this list. Smoothies are just a great way to get healthy and fill yourself up (so you’re not eating the bad stuff).

  • 4 medium sapodillas

  1. Wash the sapodillas. Peel, seed, and roughly chop them.
