7 Day Diet Plan To Lose Up To 8 Kg Weight In A Healthy Way

This plan includes drinking a lot of water everyday to you metabolism going swiftly. Make sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses (~ 3 liters) of water everyday during this diet. Water will be very effective in removing the toxins and extra fat from the body.

Let’s proceed to day-by-day activity during this diet:

Day 1:
The first day is always the hardest. Keep away from sweet cravings for chocolate and artificial sweets. Satisfy your cravings with fruits, excluding grapes, bananas, litchi and mangoes. It is suggested that you consume more watermelon, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranates, strawberries and melons. You can eat 20 times a day, but you should eat only fruits.

This will prepare your body for the diet, and fruits will provide all nourishment for your body. Make sure not to add salt or other spices in the fruits. Make it fruit only day for you.

Day 2:

Second day will be all vegetable day for you. Start off with boiled potato. And take on vegetable salads. You can eat all raw and boiled vegetables, try to limit oil, salt and spices. Starting the day with boiled potatoes will give your body enough energy and carbohydrates for the day. But after that only raw and boiled vegetables.

Eating one boiled potato a day will be enough. Second day is your calorie day. Today you will be eating high fiber and nutrient rich vegetables.

Day 3:

Third day will a combo of Day 1 and Day 2. This day you will be eating vegetables and fruits only. Keep on drinking a lot of water as told earlier. You can avoid the boiled potato, because fruits will provide you with carbohydrates. By third you will feel fresher and lighter.

Day 4:

This will be vegetarian day plus banana milk. Shocked? Cause bananas are usually eaten to gain weight. But in this veg diet, banana’s will provide with potassium and sodium. You can eat up to 6 bananas today and drink 2 glass of milk.

Also take a light vegetable soup, but remember to stay low on spices and salt.

Day 5:

On fifth day you are free to eat cheese and little amount of sweets. Eat soya chunks, sprouts and munch on tomatoes. You can also have light spiced tomato soup today. Drink a little extra water today, this will flush our the uric acid from the system. Fibre from tomatoes will improve your digestion.

Day 6:

Sixth day, you can eat sprouts, soya and cottage cheese but no tomatoes today. Increase vegetables in the diet today, it will provide vitamins and fibre to your body. You will already notice change in your body by this time. Continue consuming a good amount of water everyday.

Day 7:

This is final day of the diet, you will feel a lot of changes in your body. Today you can have fresh fruits, 1 chapati, a cup of brown rice and other vegetables you want to eat. Don’t forget to drink at least 3 liters of water everyday.
